Why the Lower Jaw?
Snoring has more than one cause. For many people, the jaw and tongue relax during sleep and slide back, narrowing the space behind the tongue.
SNOR LOCK holds your lower jaw a fixed ¼ inch (6 mm) forward, which is designed to help keep that space more open while you sleep.
- WithoutOn the model, the tongue slides back and the airway lights turn red.
- With SNOR LOCKThe lower jaw is held forward and the lights stay blue.
Demonstration on an anatomical model, from the manufacturer's Korean TV shopping segment. The lights trace the airway behind the tongue.
Simple, by Design.

Molded at Home in About 5 Minutes.
You shape SNOR LOCK to your own teeth with hot water. If the fit isn't right, you can do it again.
- 01

Widen
Hold both sides and spread the frame until it slips over your upper teeth. It won't break.
- 02

Heat water
Get water to 167 to 185°F (75 to 85°C). Use a hot water dispenser, or let boiled water cool in the cup for about 2 minutes.
- 03

Soften 20 sec
Attach the fitting handle to the front tab. Dip the guard all the way in for 20 seconds without touching the cup, then lift it out and shake off the water.
- 04

Bite 1 min
Seat your upper teeth in the top groove, move your lower jaw forward into the bottom groove, and bite firmly for 1 minute.
- 05

Set 2 min
Put it in cold water for 2 minutes to lock in the shape of your teeth.

Check your impressions after step 5. If they look shallow or unclear, soften it again and remold from step 2.
Impressions not clear? Start again from step 2. Bite gently the first time and a little firmer the second.
Which side is up? The larger V shape goes on your upper teeth.
Care: Brush it daily with a toothbrush and toothpaste under cool water, and deep-clean it once a week with a denture cleanser. Never boil it or sterilize it with heat.

- Mild jaw soreness in the morning is common.
Tip: Wear it for 30 to 60 minutes before bed to practice.
- It feels less foreign.
- It is easier to keep in overnight.
- Morning soreness may still come and go.
- It usually feels much more natural.
- Your jaw muscles adjust to the new position.
- A fair point to judge whether it works for you.
If soreness does not ease within 1 to 2 weeks, stop using it and talk to your dentist.
